An Eater's Manifesto

I love Michael Pollan's thought: "Eat Food. Mostly Plants. Not Too Much."

In Defense of Food is definitely on my list of books to read in the near future.
But today I am coming up with my own manifesto.

{Sit down.
Eat slowly.
There is no need for dessert with every meal.}

Three simple rules I am trying to live by.
